I’ve tried lots of magnesium supplements on the market but this has by far been the best in the market. I feel the difference afterwards (and can feel it when I forget to take it). I like that it is a complete form of all the magnesium varietals that our body needs. Most of us suffer some kind of magnesium deficiency; I highly recommend this as a part of your daily supplements.

I do have to take this in the morning. If taken at night it gives me over vivid dreams. Plus, I can only take one. Even taking it in the morning two are too many.

After taking the product for a few days I did notice a relaxing effect and was able to fall asleep a bit easier then I had been.
