While you could get many of the ingredients elsewhere, some are hard to find. Also measuring 20+ powders is extremely annoying and you can’t travel with it. Then it got Better!
I added Qualia Life and Qualia Nad to my Qualia mind and benifts, better mood and cognition just seemed to get better. I am not taking the full dose of each one because I feel good where I am. When I read the list of combined ingredients I feel like I don't need any other vitamin supplement. ...
