Awesome product
Overall good product, I took at nighttime to wind down, and had a restful nights sleep.

Less stress and more energy!
I found myself much more able to deal with stress and my body felt generally better. I definitely was able to sleep better and this allowed me to have more energy during the day. Great product! Everything about this product, including the beautiful packaging, leaves you feeling relaxed.
