A wonderful, yet gentle supplement to improve sleep quality
An effective - albeit subtle product. It certainly improved my sleep over time when taking it, I was able to fall asleep more easily when I intended to instead of saying up too late. It also allowed me to wake up more early, and feel more energetic during the day. I noticed an increase in my drive to exercise and move more during the day. My sleep wasn't terrible before taking this product, so I wouldn't say I noticed incredible benefits, but I've certainly experienced improvements while taking it.

4 days into Qualia night & am so far very please with the results. I’ve notice I am falling asleep faster & waking up feeling more refreshed & ready to start my day. Looking forward to continuing the process of the study’s.

Excellent.
Best sleep product that I have tried. Works better than combination of other products and methods. Affects during of sleep, duration and quality of Rem and Nrem sleep per Oura ring. Feel rested and refreshed in the morning. Better energy during the following day.

This product has worked better than melatonin or other botanicals I've tried for insomnia/interrupted sleep. Take with dinner, get very pleasantly sleepy 2-3 hours later. I've either slept through the night or fallen back asleep most nights that I've taken it. Went from averaging 4.5 hours to ...

short term vs long term
I'm not sure a five-day trial is enough time to truly asses the effectiveness of Qualia Night . The first 2 or 3 days of taking the product I don't recall much of a change in my quality or duration of sleep. Over the last 1 or 2 days, while I do feel that I achieved a deeper sleep than my norm,...
