A wonderful piece to the puzzle
The 1st 3 nites of taking this my system seemed to be drawn to significant sleep. My day was consistent, even while doing a fasted 24hrs during the time of taking this. My energy levels were consistent during the day and a noted up tick in energy with evening workouts.

Quaila Life
So far so good! I’ve only been taking Qualia Life for a few weeks, but I have been sleeping more soundly and I’m ready to go in the mornings. Daily productivity has increased. Highly recommend for anyone who needs more energy throughout the day.

So far, so good
I have only been taking this for a few days and already notice results. My mood and energy have skyrocketed. Sleep has always been a struggle for me and I have slept like a baby for the past few nights. It can't be coincidence....I have never had multiple consecutive nights of sleep like this....
