While I still am trying to pick out an real differences I have noticed less strained out and more focused vision

Reduce dry eyes symptoms.

Great for working on the computer 8+ hours a day. This product has really improved my eye fatigue.

Haven't really noticed anything in particular yet, but nothing bad either...
