Good, to be honest I didn't notice much

I can definitely notice a difference.

My goal is to live a stress free life...thats not always an option. This product helped me so much. I highly recommend it.

Nice subtle effects, which I prefer more compared to Focus or Mind, where I feel like effects immensely.

It mainly made me stay calm throughout my day and gave me a bit of focus when reading and working out.
