First Few Days :-)
I was definitely focusing better for the second and third day. I believe the first day I was trying to see and think about it more, and it needed a day to get in my system.

It's a boost!
Pretty much what I expected, gives a nice boost. This includes the equivalent of a B-Complex PLUS focus-enhancing ingredients like ginkgo, caffeine and ginger. I'd supplement with Magnesium too.

focus is exactly what it helps do
I work in a restaurant that stays very busy. This product really helps me be able to focus and prioritize tasks. It helps remove brain fog for me and helps keep me from becoming overwhelmed. Focus is exactly what it does. I have given them to some coworker who said the same thing. great product.
