Energy and motivation
Got the product Monday the 1st but started it on Tuesday. First day started with a bang lots of energy felt good no jitters just felt energized and motivated. Day 2 felt good not as strong as day 1 but felt energized no jitters and handles my do to list like a champ. Day 3 didn’t get a boost of energy thou felt motivated to complete tasks. Day 4 felt the same as day 3 feeling like I leveled out and no boost of energy or extra boost of motivation still felt productive. Day 5 don’t feel much energy but I do feel the motivation of the mind has sustained me for the 5 days. One that could improve is how long the energy lasts. For me it only lasts for 2 hours max I don’t know if it’s possible but maybe a timed release to prolong energy I don’t if that’s possible but I think that would make this product so much better. Over all I think this product was effective in helping with motivation I found myself more motivated than usual found more effective than Mind.

subtle energy
I don't feel any change too significant. If anything, I do feel at a loss for words and unable to articulate what I normally am. I'm not sure if its the product or not, however; I do feel more awake and slowly starting to feel a come up of clarity.

If you are one who enjoys energy shot beverages, rather than supplements or tall can energy drinks, then this is for you! I would only suggest eating beforehand, which worked better for me and decreased any empty belly jitters. The paper seal is kinda off putting, and other than that a great prod...
