Subtle, positive change.
The effects were subtle. More relaxed about stressful issues. Able to focus for longer periods of time on projects. Seemed to troubleshoot things quickly. I was a little day dreamy for the first hour but went away.

I noticed a definite increase in being able to focus for long periods of time on the tasks at hand. Experienced more energy during the day and had no problem sleeping at night. Looking forward to the next few weeks to see if the benefits continue to increase.

very easy on the stomach. at first thought taking 5 pills at a time seemed like it would be a bit much. I was wrong. there weren't any jitters or nervousness like I had expected. I did not have any trouble staying focused and on task so I would definitely say that this product works for it's intended purpose extremely well
