Sleep I Thought I’d Lost, Found Again with Qualia Night
Despite this being very personal, I want to share my experience because it might help someone in a similar situation, or at least someone who is experiencing a similar condition. I am an international Ph.D. student dealing with several health challenges, including endometriosis, stomach ulcers, and multiple food allergies. Stress, inflammation, and constant worry about my health made sleep almost impossible for me for months. When I started using Qualia Night, within the first week I was able to sleep again, and after two weeks I began to experience truly deep, restorative sleep.
