Super intrigued
I have been taking a boutique magnesium supplement for YEARS and I was VERY loyal to the brand including being an ambassador. It only contained magnesium hydroxide and digestive enzymes. When I heard about Qualia on Sally McRae's podcast, I was intrigued. (I'm a 48 year old female distance runner, so my health is a HUGE priority for me.) 10 is better than 1 because different types of magnesium are crucial for the whole body and its different processes, and adding in trace elements made it a no brainer. The price is about the same also. I know how powerful magnesium can be when you get it right for the body and I am beyond excited to get a few weeks with this under my belt and see what happens! I'm really happy I found this!!
