New Staple Supplement
So far I have been waking up more energized, and feeling better rested from taking both Magnesium and NAD+. I know the main benefits will come over time but for only being 2 weeks it definitely feels worth the commitment.

Impressive
I am not sure what is working for me, but I started using NAD+, stem cell, senolytic, and magnesium. Oh! And creatine! I have arthritis everywhere and need knee replacements and have painful nerve damage. I'm very heavy on my joints and always exhausted. Something is helping me! I typically have so much pain i can barely make it through the day and can not walk after work. I'm suddenly doing better. I'm feeling more energetic throughout the day, yet calm. I'm not hurting as bad. I'm noticing I have more strength in my legs. My knees don't feel like they are going to explode. I can't afford to take all these all the time so I wish I would have tried one item at a time to pin point results. I may have to do that moving forward but I don't want to stop any of them. What a difference!
